Sports Training

Our background is in multiple sport strength & conditioning, and speed development. We realize that the majority of fitness training is based on techniques coaches learned from their playing days. We compliment the on-field instruction received from the coaches with the latest information & techniques available, to safely enhance the player's ability to work more efficiently and powerfully.

Sports in the U.S. have been late in adopting modern techniques for conditioning and diet. It has only been in recent years that U.S. coaches and players have been adopting a more scientific approach to sport-specific conditioning. It is rapidly becoming the norm rather than the exception.

The aim is to introduce young athletes to the benefit of various training techniques with professionally guided instruction. We strive to provide more focused planning for conditioning and speed training, as well as encourage good nutrition and ideas on warm-ups, stretching, and recovery.

  1. The ability to accelerate quickly
  2. A high maximum speed
  3. The ability to react quickly to situations
  4. Being able to twist, turn and change direction quickly
  5. The ability to produce bursts of fast running throughout the game

A Seasonal Approach

We like to discuss the preparation of each team and player as they enter pre-season, throughout the season, and post-season. As performance demands change, we're there every step of the way.
